All the instructions beginning whith i are variables not opcodes.
They are created by the user in his orchestra to pass values from the score.
They can't thus be in the manual. Example isweep, ipanl (wich must be, I guess
the panoramic value for left channel), ipanr (same for right channel,
generally equal to 1-ipanl).
Same for instructions beginning with k and a wich can neither be opcodes.
