If this is the same noise I'm hearing it seems to be related to the kr.  I
think the declick envelope does not fade completely and leaves ksmps worth
of stuff behind therefore use:

 adc linseg 0, .002, 1, p3-.006, 1, .002, 0, .002, 0 ; declick envelope

or let kr=sr.  They both seemed to fix it for me.
