According to the page, the book's not going to be available until Sept
'99. Are there any previews other than the table of contents etc.?

Also, I noticed that there's a rather large list on the 'recommended
listening' page. Are these all albums that feature Csound or are they
just masters of digital synthesis? I didn't think Aphex Twin used
Csound...
