One makefile and one makef are included in the latest Csound sources zip.

No visual studio workspace is present.

I'll see if the makefile's from 3.59 work okay for now, got a bunch of
opcode hunting today.

I thought that I had included these files somewhere; it is possible
that the update lost them.
  As I am a Micro$oft non-user (in general), can you tell be which
files you would like, and in which zip file?
