I have been told by support staff inside Bath that there is a problem
to do with firewalls and security and turfwars, which may mean that
the ftp.maths.bath.ac.uk machine may be unavailable at some future
time (probably soon) for an unknown time.  It may be that this will
not happen, but it may be a good idea to try one of the mirrors if you
have any problems.
  Clearly I hope this will not happen, but things look black.  I will
move the material if this looks like being a long-drawn out thing.
