On consulting the latest online Csound 3.55 manual it looks as though you may need to (a) use the spectrum opcode to convert/map your input wave into a format that specptrk can digest, and (b) add a few initialization parameters to your orc in order to support spectrum. Viz:

wsig spectrum xsig, iprd, iocts, ifreqs, iq

As to what those parameters mean, you may as well get it from the same source I did– hope you've got the Acrobat plug-in handy–
