SubjectRe: v3.59
i got the new version today for pc console. two things:

1) the version info is still 3.58 although the build date show oct 10.
it should be changed.

2) mod (%) is still inoperable. it has been broken in the last several
versions, but i havent gotten any response about it from the list. it
does however work in the unofficial linux version.

also,

are there any docs on this new opcode?

Hello everyone.

I'm new to the mailing list, so I have to introduce myself...
I'm a french student, currently working on sound synthesis (differents=20
models of, from additive to granular) & I'm going to put in my discussion=
 a=20
big part on CSound.
So, I would like to know whether a translation of the manual has been mad=
e=20
or not, because if not, I'm gonna do it.
Please mail me if you have any information that you think may be useful f=
or=20
my work.
I'm also searching for a very recent piece of music (1997-1999) that you=20
think could be interesting enough to analyze (my disscussion will include=
=20
analysis of Chowning's Stria & Risset's Sud...just for you to make an ide=
a).

Do not hesitate to mail me if you have questions...I'll try to answer all=
 of=20
you.

Thanks.

P.S : Please apologize my english... It's noon in France & I'm hungry !

I have an idea for a new opcode, but I am not good enough at C to code it,
so I am calling for the aid of a kind opcode-coding expert to help me. It
is an additive synthesis opcode that uses PVANAL-generated PVC files &
allows for more complex frequency manipulation than pvoc or pvadd do. If
you would be interested in helping, please let me know.

SubjectRe: v3.59
deep blushes and apologies.....

the problem with % only occurs in .csd files so I have been looking in
the wrong place. It was entirely my fault; now fixed in sources here.

For those who maintain sources the problem is in one_file.c where in
two places fprintf(..., buffer) should be fputs(buffer, ...)

I am not sure if this message will ever arrive as I have no e-mail
incoming (since Thursday, and dubious communications since Monday
last). A side effect of this is that i have not seen any Csound mail
since one about taninv. I am hoping that there is a directory
somewhere on some machine saving the mail, but maybe not.

..coming in addition to the problems with FTP i am not amused
