Neither the PPC nor the SGI versions of csound we have here, recognise filter2.

Did you look at the Amsterdam Collection? Lots of scores and orcs.

You can alternatively use

asawdc integ apulse; integrator

which should be equivalent to replace -.99 by -1 in the line stated above.
I´ve been using it without problens till now, but it is more sensitive to DC...
