Think of it as a fashion statement. Soon everyone will want jeans
with bleach spots. This is not a problem but an opportunity.

Larry> 2. Yesterday I bought an inexpensive electric wall clock, but now I find

Set it to music. think of it as the rhythm of the environment, and
create a masterpiece. You will come to realise that this was one of
the defining moments of the 20th centuary

Larry> 3. There is a strange smell in my car's ventilation system.

Donn't drive! Cars are bad things anyway. Take up cycling. The
gentle exercise stimulates the mind, and singing and composing on a
bike are the way to go.

Larry> Well, you did say you were interested :-)

So your problems are not as serious as those in 3.47. That is OK.

What? Comments in code? No chance of me mistyping those!
Anyway today I took more code out that I added.

btw, 1 bug in 3.47(beta) fixed
the opcode ftgen will fail if there are no other tables around.

These are my draft notes in case anyone cares. I hope they are
sufficiently clear.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Draft Release Notes for 3.47
============================

These are the release notes for version 3.47.
They should be read in conjunction with earlier release notes.

Many internal changes made to remove compiler warnings. Mainly

beware as structures have new fields, fields have been removed and so
on. Some variables have type changed.

Language Changes:

1. Comments allowed in score in more places
2. Treat \ at end of line as continuation in orchestra
3. Maximum number of an instrument is dynamic, and expands as needed.

Opcode Fixes

1. Some fixes in fog
2. Internal tidying in granule

New Opcodes

The following have been added.
	birrnd1 chanctrl	cross2 ctlinit
	ctrl14 ctrl21 ctrl7 dam

Can you provide a simple example of this failing? I have looked at
teh code and I can see no trace of 8+3 in the file names. Indeed as
Csound was not rwritten for a PC but ported there from a Unix
implementation I would be surprised if there were such a restriction.

So, complete info please; orchestra, score, anal file and version of
Csound.
