It's a pity, really - this is just the sort of subject I get very
interested in, especially the process of turning the lead of ignorance
into the gold of understanding (something like my ongoing 'pilgrim's
progress' as a C programmer), but difficult to justify on this list!

Thanks to all of you that have try it and send their feedback, a new
version is available for downloading at hplank.inetpc.com.
    - cleaner code for OS portability (thanks Dave Phillips)
    - setup has been simplified, a GUI is available for setting the
csound progrm you want to use.
    - you can use any external sound player for listening at the
resulting sound file. This can be specified through a GUI.
    - pitch and amplitude are now disctinct parameters
    - a polyphonic mode has been implemented, a structure can generate
up to 4 notes
    - high level composer tool architecture has been built. These tools
can generate algorythmic evolutions for note events, like chord morphing
or cloud generator.
    - quantification supports a scale mode, selectable among a set of
scales
    - the software synthetizer built on top of csound has been enhanced
by providing a more sophisticated modulation architecture.
    - sound generators, filters, modulators and effects can be extended
by building new Java classes, and a GUI is available for registrating
these new classes.
    - new effects, sound generators, modulators and filters has been
included
I am realy exciting by what Csound can produce, and when I think I am
using only a part of it....
As usual the documentation is far from being complete. These new version
can't read composition from the previous version (not enough time for
developping this feature), but it should stay stable for a while.
Please read the installation.html document before running HPKComposer
