} ???? I've wasted Csound bandwidth b4 but @ least it had
} sumthing to do with the Csound list!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Different strokes for different folks. So...

1.

I can't speak for the composition methods of either Carl Stone
or Antiorp, but generally speaking, as a source of material for
algorithmic composition, palindromes are exceptional in that a
retrograde variant is inherent in the phrase.

Do I really have to explain how to map an ASCII character to a
Csound pitch representation?

what a stupid arguement:
many composers are interested in palindromes
many composers are interested in Csound

therefore, some composers may be interested in Csound + palindromes.

In the end, Csound has to do with music, and because music has to do
with people, just about everything to do with people has to do with
music too!

Hmm, well, I didn't say 'ALL' and I didn't say 'SHOULD'; I did say
'many', and I did say 'some...may be'. And I wasn't arguing, just
amusing myself in public with a different game of words which isn't a
palindrome, and being a bit whimsical. A few people (clearly, not ALL)
do like to have a bit of harmless fun on this list from time to time - I
happen to be one of them. I am sorry if it offends you!

Hi, i'm looking for good free or demo versions of
CD burning software under Win95/98 . Especially I like programs with
lots of advanced parameters, if that could help....;-)

Maybe somebody has experience with it here ?

Hi,
I'm aware that the two example MP3's from my site are invalid,
that's because the server of webjump is so slow that uploading
of the mp3's takes an hour...I will put them online as soon as
I have access to a highspeed internet connection.

Sorry for inconvenience,
David

Hey! How are you doing?
I was wondering if any of you know where I can get more instruments
(DX7***.orc) for the DX7 emulator? I only have 32 of them. Some of the ba=
nks I
downloaded required more than that.
If you have more, could you send them my way?
I take any size on here. =

Thanks.
I'm working on some gospel music, BTW and FYI.

Lonce,
I have tried your orchestra, and as far as i can tell the condition
is never true, so schedwhen is never called. There is no bug in the
  system wrt that orchestra.

icall related opcodes can be called only one time in a instrument (and I think in schedule
too). Read carefully the manual. To allow repeated call you must use schedulewhen (but i
never tested it). Each time the value of ktrigger parameter is different than zero, a new
instance of an instrument is activated.
I have some example, but, as I have renamed the opcodes to avoid namespace pollution, they
don't work with your version. Remember me to give you these examples as soon as
DirectCsound ver.2.7 will be available (current version is 2.601). BtW It will include
some nice things.
