New version of the playable Csound Reference Manual

| Subject | New version of the playable Csound Reference Manual |
I have posted a new version of the playable Csound Reference Manual at
https://gogins.github.io/csound/html/indexframes.html. If you have
Google Chrome for desktops on your computer, you can browser through
the manual and instantly play most of the examples in the browser.
Changes from the prior version include using current manual sources,
changing all CSDs to stereo so they will play in the browser, and
moving the code for building the playable version of the manual to
gogins.github.io.
Regards,
Mike

Thanks,
it is so very-very useful and handy!
Does anyone know a trick, how to tell system to open link in a specific
prowser (Google Chrome at this case)?

No.
Or OK, I could do it but what I mean - is there a way to force a link to be
opened by Chrome so that I can be sure for any user that it works (if Chrome
is present).

Depending on what platform you are on, you might then have to use
scripting: Powershell on Windows, Applescript on OS X,...

I see where Tarmo is coming from, maybe chrome://url.com somewhat could work, but it doesn't seem to be a possibility for security resons, 2017-04-05 10:27 GMT+02:00 Richard <zappfinger@gmail.com>: Depending on what platform you are on, you might then have to use scripting: Powershell on Windows, Applescript on OS X,... |
