I got an email from Springer that their catalog of eBooks is on sale,
most for $19.99 each.  They have a coupon code:

SPRHOLIDAY17

I saw that if you add the Csound book to your cart:

http://www.springer.com/us/book/9783319453682

The 19.99 price will show after applying the coupon code. This also
works for Victor's new "Computer Music Instruments" book:

http://www.springer.com/us/book/9783319635033

as well as other books in their catalog.
