I've made change to the zdf-ladder filter UDO:

It updates the code to use what's in Will Pirkle's App Note 4
(http://www.willpirkle.com/app-notes/#AN4).  (I think I might have
based it on an older version of the code...).  The newer version
should have corrections so that the filter operates up to nyquist
without problems. (The test CSD was modified to sweep from 20K to 20
hz to test.)
