Have you tried to accomplish that?

I've stumbled upon great tool for linux: it's called luppp. 

It's a fantastic looper, which is simple usable out of the box.

I'm thinking is it possible to sync the tempos for it with csound/.

I'd like to generate the drum parts live and be able to improvise on top

of it with loop. But I don't know how to do the sync. 

There is some method with jack but I don't get how to implement it in csound..

and whether it's possible.
