Dear list,


I wonder if I could install the latest package of csound also on Ubuntu 
14.04 (trusty). To me it looks like it is only possible up to 6.02 for 
that OS. Also it seems, that for 6.07 yakkety is requested. Or did I get 
it wrong and I can install the 6.07 package onto Ubuntu 14.04?

I looked at :

Not an Ubuntu user but there is noting new in dependencies for 6.07.  I 
run it all OK on Deian Whezzy.  Thereis a x86_64 tar ball of 6.07 
available built on Febian that should work; or just build fronm sources?
