Spanish version of the FLOSS manual

Is there one already? We've formed a group at my University to study and produce material related to Csound in Spanish. First we were thinking of translating the fundamental concepts treated in The Csound Book as it seems that there isn't a Spanish edition, but maybe it is more useful to work on a Spanish edition of the FLOSS manual instead. What do you think would be the best Csound resource to translate to another language (first)? Cheers. hi guillermo - great plan. i just was in uruguay and argentinia, and saw that this would be so immense useful. i think that ecuadorian composer eduardo flores abad already started a spnish translation of the floss manual. as he is not on the list (i think) i will ask him, and get back to you here. cheers - joachim On 11/05/16 05:06, Guillermo Senna wrote: > Is there one already? What a great project! I would imagine that working on the the FLOSS manual first would be a good idea as it is very rich and up to date. On Tue, May 10, 2016 at 11:06 PM, Guillermo Senna |

That would be great joachim. We are convinced that it would be very helpful to have more Csound content in Spanish. BTW, I hope you enjoyed your stay here! Cheers. There is also the "actual" canonical manual worthy of translation too? On Wed, May 11, 2016 at 11:01 AM, Andres Cabrera <mantaraya36@gmail.com> wrote:

OK. So, thanks to the (positive) feedback we got from the list we've agreed to translate the FLOSS manual first. After that we'll see what to do next. Here's the link for any Spanish-speaking Csounder that wants to help us -> http://write.flossmanuals.net/csound-espanol/_draft/_v/1.0/preface/ Cheers.
