Can I take a bit of a survey here, how many people here deal with these curves by adjusting "by hand" (or by ear), how many people have written formula's/ write out solutions in the instruments, and are there other solutions? I know about GENsone, although from what I read its not very satisfactory... so I'm wondering how most people deal with this stuff.

Just talking from my limited experience when the timbre is not just a sine wave compensating the amplitude with fletcher munson's curve is not very useful. This is using SuperCollider not Csound with its AmpCompA function.
