(running on OSX El Capitan v10.11.3) I get the following warning message. You might want to address this prior to the next release? 2016-03-06 16:22:41.860 csound[39804:6607793] 16:22:41.859 WARNING: 140: This application, or a library it uses, is using the deprecated Carbon Component Manager for hosting Audio Units. Support for this will be removed in a future release. Also, this makes the host incompatible with version 3 audio units. Please transition to the API's in AudioComponent.h. _____________________________________________ Dr. Richard Boulanger Professor of Electronic Production and Design Professional Writing and Music Technology Division Berklee College of Music |

I think that particular message refers to portaudio, so we can't address it directly, beyond seeing if there is a new version that fixes that. I think our coreaudio module already uses the AudioComponent.h API. Victor Lazzarini Dean of Arts, Celtic Studies, and Philosophy Maynooth University Ireland
