[Csnd] loscil broken in 6.09

Subject	[Csnd] loscil broken in 6.09
	lsocil will not pitch scale the samples in 6.09 on Mac OS. I reinstalled 6.08 and it was fine. Sample orch file worked in 08 and not in 09.
