Sometimes I post my ambient music made with Csound to the list.

But there is also a hope to use Csound live on stage. I post here some jam-sessions that were made with Csound. The music is improvised live with Bansuri, Guitar and Metallophone. Everything else is done with Csound! The Csound is used as a drone player and player of drum loops that are synchronized with bpm. Also sometimes the Csound is used as a synth with midi controller. I'm going to opensource the Csound framework when it will become stable and write readme on how to use. Maybe it's going to be an article for csound journal. Cheers! Anton |

I've had a listen, awesome stuff! Great to hear examples of Csound live. "Fidel" is an excellent track btw. On Sun, Feb 21, 2016 at 8:46 PM, Anton Kholomiov |

Thanks Peter! The Fidel is a bit unusual. In the track we use Csound as a live looper. The cello loop at the intro is made with Csound live. 2016-02-22 0:43 GMT+03:00 Peter Burgess <pete.soundtechnician@gmail.com>: I've had a listen, awesome stuff! Great to hear examples of Csound |

How are you implementing the live looper in csound? Are you making an audio file or using tablewrite? Been looking into doing that myself as well. Thanks, Emmett Palaima On Mon, Feb 22, 2016 at 1:28 AM, Anton Kholomiov <anton.kholomiov@gmail.com> wrote:

@Emmett It's very naive implementation. I've made a delay line with feedback set to 1. The delay time can be big. It is around 16 seconds for the track. So it's long enough to record phrases. Also I've added a switch to mute the signal that goes into delay line so that I can "freeze" the delay content. 2016-02-22 10:42 GMT+03:00 Emmett Palaima <epalaima@berklee.edu>:
