Hi there.
I'm trying to send control messages from cabbage on my android phone
to cabbage on my mac. I have succeeded in sending these messages from
one mac to another over wifi, but from android to wifi does not seem
to work. Both are connected over the same wifi network.
Does anyone know if this is possible or not?

Hi, Android by itself can definitely send osc but I am not sure if Cabbage for android is built including osc library (liblo). But at least the recent Csound Android player (I forgot the correct name) versions from 6.06 or even 6.05 do work with osc. Can you try there? Best! **This message seems to have got stuck**

Can you ping from one device to the other?
That's a basic test.

Just a thought, if you create a simple OSC instrument for Cabbage on Android that plays a simple tone you can use it to see if OSC is installed. I expect that the instrument will not run if it can't find the OSC opcodes. If your instruments makes some sound then OSC should be working fine.
