Hi, A friend of mine is having problems when trying to use the virtual module for rtmidi. When you run Csound it warns you: WARNING: could not open library '/Library/Frameworks/CsoundLib64.framework/ And the same for libwidget and libjacko (don't mind that one). The libraries are there though. I saw this thread (http://ehc.ac/p/csound/mailman/message/34105866/) and was wondering if the installer for 6.06 in sourceforge had that "fix" included. I think my friend has OSX 10.7. Cheers. |

I noticed the problem with libwidgets and I fixed it for the next release. Basically, the FLTK lib is wrongly linked to a libpng in /usr/local/lib. One solution is to install an earlier version of Csound (6.00) that still installed things in /usr/local/lib, and then install Csound 6.06. The libpng will be there. I think we will not be long releasing 6.07, where this will be fixed. With jack etc, the issue is different. Just need to install Jack OSX, since those modules that did not load are built to work with Jack. If Jack is not there, then there is nothing to work with.
