On the SoundCloud group for Csound the logo shows a staff with
(assuming the G clef) an E flat. I suppose a C is too pedestrian, and
B flat would be "standard?"

Of course, if the invisible clef is the soprano clef, then the note is
a C of sorts, that is, C flat or B.
