Hi, Not sure why this could be...How are utilities currently being distributed on OS X? Maybe they are not in the default path? On Wed, Oct 28, 2015 at 3:10 PM, Victor Lazzarini <Victor.Lazzarini@nuim.ie> wrote:

Utility frontends are in /usr/local/bin, but they are actually plugins to the library. Csound -U should load them if the opcodedir is correct. Another thing to try is to install the latest Csound release (6.06) from Sourceforge Victor Lazzarini Dean of Arts, Celtic Studies, and Philosophy Maynooth University Ireland

I seem to remember /usr/local/bin is not in the default path on OS X, maybe that is the issue? Cheers,On Wed, Oct 28, 2015 at 3:48 PM, Victor Lazzarini <Victor.Lazzarini@nuim.ie> wrote:

But for Csound, I think the default might be to use the API. Cheers,On Wed, Oct 28, 2015 at 4:09 PM, Victor Lazzarini <Victor.Lazzarini@nuim.ie> wrote:
