Hi, If you are looking for the proceedings they are all available from the tiny Archive link on the same page (bottom of the welcome text), or by following this link: http://ant-s4.unibw-hamburg.de/paper-archive/ The conference pages from Trondheim 1999 does exist, but not on a web server. Hi,
Some times ago I have found dafx98 at this address (I hope it is right):
http://www.iua.upf.es/dafx98/
and dafx99 papers to this other page (idem):
http://www.iet.ntnu.no/groups/akustikk/meetings/DAFx99/papers.html
I have reached them googling the terms dafx98 and dafx99.
Now I should have to read them, but that's another story...
