I attempted to download the latest version of CsoundQT on my Windows 10
computer. When I opened it came up with many error messages saying that it
could not find csnd.dll, csound64.dll.5.2, libsndfile-1,dll, and
libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll
I searched other forums and found that I am not the first to have this
problem yet they never came to a conclusion on what to do. I need CsoundQT
for a class that I am taking.

I just installed Csound 6.05 in my wife's Windows 10 machine. CsoundQT opens and runs perfectly. 
It seems to crash on exit, but it works otherwise.

Perhaps slineaweaver did not use the Csound windows installer to
install CsoundQt. If that is the case, then either the Csound version
is OK for CsoundQt and CsoundQt can just be configured to find Csound
etc., or it just won't work.

No I haven't. Do I need to download Csound to use CsoundQT? I only know how
to use CsoundQT not regular Csound

you need to install Csound for CsoundQT to work. Just download and install it.

It comes with CsoundQT bundled.
