Cool stuff.
Always enjoy this Celtic rock music genre, and most anything from the UK.
And from Ohio no less. Niiiiiice.

Hello all,

I noticed some people were sharing their own creations, so I thought I would share my own.  I developed a warm pad using Csound which is featured on a couple songs on my EP The Triads: Distant Shores.  The songs on which it is featured are "John" and "Distant Shores".  When I made the pad, I was learning CSound and I was kind of exploring the idea: "How many oscillators can I put in this?"  I was also using concepts outlined in Gordon Reid's excellent articles in SoundonSound.  It has 8 oscillators per channel, and while this is a 2 channel pad, I have a 4 channel version that I did to see what a sort of "surround" keyboard sound would be like.  That one was overkill. :)  I have enjoyed using CSound, and love the idea of being able to make something that no one else is using in modern music; too often, I turn on the radio and everything sounds the same.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy it, and I welcome your comments.

Regards,

Justin
