Hello, I have downloaded the last version of CSound (6.05.3).exe on my PC windows 7 family 32 bits. I have run CSoundQt and I tried the "toot1" and the "Hello, world" exemples. I tried to change the output device via the configure menu. I have just open CSoundQt and try to read the sine wave not with the CSound command (I try to understand) But, No Sound at all except with the Ext.Player. No external sound card is connected with the PC. When I press the run button I have this message (Toot1): ______________________________________ STARTING FILE Creating options Creating orchestra Creating score rtaudio: PortAudio module enabled ... using blocking interface rtmidi: PortMIDI module enabled Elapsed time at end of orchestra compile: real: 0.006s, CPU: 0.006s sorting score ... ... done Elapsed time at end of score sort: real: 0.007s, CPU: 0.007s --Csound version 6.05 (double samples) Jun 29 2015 0dBFS level = 1.0 orch now loaded audio buffered in 4096 sample-frame blocks PortAudio V19-devel (built Nov 27 2014 14:01:19) Failed to initialise real time audio input ______________________________________ What can be done before continuing and trying to read the Csound power book !?
