I downloaded your application, but when I tried to launch it, it gave an
error message: Component 'Mci32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not
correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. I use Windows XP
64-bit, that may be the problem, some apps don't work well on 64-bit XP.
But I doubt that your application can reproduce the DX7 sound well,
because Blue uses a DX emulator that is based on the same .orc files,
and it turned out that several settings are not implemented. It is
mentioned on the page that you link to: "Also, neither Dr. Pinkston nor
myself ever finished these in terms of LFO or Pitch EG support. This is
why many of the patches that change pitch will sound flat. I plan to
work on this at some point, but now I'm having too much fun writing with
them."
