The reconstructions by Olivier Baudouin and Kevin Dahan will be posted in early January on the noted website  http://ccrma.stanford.edu/pieces/chowning/stria/
with the code.   However, in early December with the publication of CMJ 31:4
there will be a DVD that will include the reconstruction by K. Dahan, the original snd files from 1977(digitized from the 4-ch tape that was made from the original snd files-(see Laura Zattra's article)) the original SAIL program (unscanned),the program used for Dahan's reconstruction and a bunch of other source files.
