   When I run csound, the output device list is
repetitive, see below:

 0: Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output
   1: SigmaTel Audio
   2: Bluetooth Audio
   3: Bluetooth High Quality Audio
   4: EDIROL FA-66 Out 1
   5: EDIROL FA-66 Out 2
   6: EDIROL FA-66 Out 3
   7: Primary Sound Driver
   8: SigmaTel Audio
   9: Bluetooth Audio
  10: Bluetooth High Quality Audio
  11: EDIROL FA-66 Out 1
  12: EDIROL FA-66 Out 2
  13: EDIROL FA-66 Out 3
  14: ASIO4ALL v2
  15: EDIROL FA-66

 Does anyone know why it is printing devices twice? 
Also, is there a way to get devices out of the list,
so  it is shorter in general?
