Hi,

I'm not very familiar with compiling from source in general, and I'm
having a hard time finding documentation on how to build csound in linux
or ubuntu. Is there a step-by-step list somewhere that can (at least
somewhat) painlessly illustrate how to do this for Ubuntu? I've been
attempting this for a while but have yet to get it working.
