Yes, of course, I installed the TCL/TK-package first...
It seems most of the problems with Cecilia 3 on Windows seem to be related
to the real-time preview. I got some of the modules working quite nicely if
I simply rendered the results to hard disk and opened the output files in an
audio editor for listening...
So, the situation isn't completely hopeless! ;-)
