Hey! I've been working for 3 years on an album from which I released 7 tracks as a promotional EP. So it's to some degree quite complex, full of fancy beat and string arangements, weird synths and flea market stuff. Share it with your friends and loved ones! Some of the music was created with the opensource-tools you guys develop or use like csound, pd, seq24 etc. Hence the post ;) So see that work as a big thanks for your efforts! I hope to find some time to go on with LAD when the other 9 tracks are mastered. enjoy! get it here (+ reviews): http://www.jamendo.com/de/album/5529/ Spread the word! love&peace karhu//Niklas -- http://www.karhumusic.org ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML. hello list, I was wondering: is there a way, other than using .sf2 files, to load a set of samples to trigger in Csound? if not, do you guys have any freeware software to suggest to build SoundFont libraries? hello andreas - for csoundqt, i have built a soundfile snippets player. you can load a pool of (uncompressed) files, and trigger the playback of a file with the space bar. i am not sure if this is what you mean, but perhaps you find it useful anyway. it's in the newest csoundqt version: examples > useful > sf_snippets_player. i have attached the csd, too. all best - joachim Am 06.11.2011 04:47, schrieb andreas russo: > hello list, > > I was wondering: is there a way, other than using .sf2 files, to load a set of samples to trigger in Csound? > if not, do you guys have any freeware software to suggest to build SoundFont libraries? > > Andreas > > Send bugs reports to the Sourceforge bug tracker > https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=81968&atid=564599 > Discussions of bugs and features can be posted here > To unsubscribe, send email sympa@lists.bath.ac.uk with body "unsubscribe csound" > > Send bugs reports to the Sourceforge bug tracker https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=81968&atid=564599 Discussions of bugs and features can be posted here To unsubscribe, send email sympa@lists.bath.ac.uk with body "unsubscribe csound" |

A year ago when we were doing some work for a company on soundfonts, there were no freeware sf editors for the Mac. There was a shareware, which I'm not sure about the name. If Ed Costello is on this list, he will be able to say. drB: the demo of PolyPhontics keeps crashing, no matter what file I import, and ReCycle... I can't even think of matching that price. although it looks like Berklee facilities have it installed. looks like that's gonna be the solution. joachim: thanks for the .csd, although I was thinking more to a classic sampler, where I could "map" the samples to different MIDI notes to be triggered in Max. thank you all, looks like I'm gonna have something to work on. andreas On Nov 6, 2011, at 05:14, joachim heintz wrote: > hello andreas - > > for csoundqt, i have built a soundfile snippets player. you can load a > pool of (uncompressed) files, and trigger the playback of a file with > the space bar. > > i am not sure if this is what you mean, but perhaps you find it useful > anyway. it's in the newest csoundqt version: examples > useful > > sf_snippets_player. i have attached the csd, too. > > all best - > > joachim > > > > Am 06.11.2011 04:47, schrieb andreas russo: >> hello list, >> >> I was wondering: is there a way, other than using .sf2 files, to load a set of samples to trigger in Csound? >> if not, do you guys have any freeware software to suggest to build SoundFont libraries? >> >> Andreas >> >> Send bugs reports to the Sourceforge bug tracker >> https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=81968&atid=564599 >> Discussions of bugs and features can be posted here >> To unsubscribe, send email sympa@lists.bath.ac.uk with body "unsubscribe csound" >> >> > > Send bugs reports to the Sourceforge bug tracker > https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=81968&atid=564599 > Discussions of bugs and features can be posted here > To unsubscribe, send email sympa@lists.bath.ac.uk with body "unsubscribe csound" > > |
