It is the day before this proposed meeting. I would like to reschedule this 
meeting for the first Wednesday after the ICMC, November 15th, other details 
the same.

My reasons are:

1. I'm behind.

2. As far as I know, nobody has made a firm commitment to come to this 
meeting.

3. I will be able to report on the ICMC.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience if any of you has made 
plans to attend that I did not know about. I hope to see you see you on the 
15th.
