I've posted to http://sourceforge.net/projects/csound/ new Windows installers for version 5.03.01. The download links are as follows.

Double-precision samples:

Changes are as follows:

-- Removed Loris opcodes, as Loris is not being maintained for Windows, and ATS opcodes perform similar functions.

-- Added numerical constants for M_PI etc. as built-in orchestra macros.

-- Ugraded to libsndfile 1.0.17 and LuaJIT 5.1.1 for Windows installers.

-- New vaget and vaset opcodes for indexed access to arate variables.

-- Added high-resolution versions of trapped.csd and xanadu.csd example pieces.

-- Added plugin SDK.
