I have uploaded an updated version of my "A Csound Tutorial" to 
http://csound.sourceforge.net/tutorial.pdf.

This version is virtually complete for Windows, except for the section on 
Python scripting, which I expect to finish in a day or so.

The Linux and OS X sections have not been done. I will not be able to do 
more than a sketch of the Linux section and nothing at all for OS X.

Comments, updates, and contributions are welcome.

I am happy with an Aug 15 release date;  Does that imply all fixed by
12 or 13?
  Regarding the tutorial, are there any plans for the Linux part?  I
did look at it but it all seemed so tied into GUI-style interfaces
that I thought that I would not be able to contribute anything.
  It would be good to fix the Windows UDP problem; and there is
possibly a looping problem in WAV files.
