Hello all (again).

A few hours ago i got The CSound Book. So, i tried the very first example, 
in order to attempt to render etude1.
This is what i got... (note that i did not type anything, this is the 
original file contained in the cd-rom of the book).

Any thoughts on this? Note that i have rendered other files on this system 
with this exact same command without any problems. My enviroment variables 
are set properly, my path is set properly so, what can these errors mean.

You did not give an orchestra.  The first file is the orchestra but you 
gave it a score.
