-added CsOptions dialogue to standalones so that users can change the 
default options
-added aboutbox dialogue so developers can add instructions or 
information about their instruments
-aligned csound output and about boxes in standalones, no longer appears 
on top of main window!

-fixed 'save as' problem, using save as will now also populate the 
recent files list
-fixed initialisation issue on restarting standalones,
-initial init values can be overridden by user changes made before 
performance
