I got midi in using -+rtmidi='alsa' -Mhw:1,0.  Now I'm trying
to use -+rtaudio='alsa', but I don't know how to specify the
device.  -odac does not work anymore, so I tried -ohw:1,0
but csound creates a soundfile called hw:1,0.

Thanks, that worked quite welll.  Is there a place in the
documentation that I might have seen this if I had searched
with more effort?
