I thought if I did this

csound test.csd -o

it would write a file called 'test' to the disk, when I run the above I 
get a 'no outfile name' error. That's fine but in the manual it suggests

"If no name is given, the default name will be test."

This is with Csound5 by the way. Personally I prefer that one has to 
specify a name, is that the way it is now?
