The basic functionality is fine on Windows. 

I meant there is no installer support, no SConstruct target, and no Python script editing or running. I am working on all of these; let me know if you have already done an SConstruct target, or if you would prefer me to do that (it is almost done). I think this will all be there by next weekend.
