The simple launcher winsound is in the CVS in an almost complete
state.  It can run csound and about half the utilities at present.  I
am looking at making it turnkey, one installation.  I have tested on
Linux, and the code should run on Windows and MacX.  At present I
cannot build on Windows so I need some assistance with that.
