Csound5 and Jack on Mac

Hi there, I just posted this on a forum but I thought I'd try the list as well, hope that's OK. I am (rather inexpertly) trying to get Csound 5.01 (downloaded from sourceforge) sending audio to other applications via Jack. I've used the -rtaudio=jack flag and it compiles OK but when I press play I get this: WARNING: rtjack: xrun in real time audio which repeats indefinitely. Jack seems to be working OK as I can send audio from itunes to cubase etc. I'm on OSX10.4.5 on a G4 powerbook, if this helps. Any ideas?
