Hello,
I usually get clicks with cpu intensive csound instruments (performed
realtime) and they are related to any graphical activity (i.e.
minimizing or maximizing windows, opening menus, etc). I found that if I
increase the priority of the csound process then the clicks disappear
(I'm using a Linux Kernel with realtime preemption patches). The command
would be something like this: chrt -f -p 50 `pidof csound`
cheers,
Hector. |
