I am trying to install on a new machine (Ubuntu) and I am stuck on the 
error line
 *** error: unknown rtaudio module: 'PortAudio'

Cannoy find where it does this nor why.

I woudl prefer A:SA but I cannot find Ubuntu headers for alsa

    apt-get install libasound2-dev

Same as in Debian.
