Just published this initial version on Github:

It uses PySimpleGUI and a SQLite database where the Csound code and 
corresponding GUI code is stored.
Works for the current template only now.
There will be a listbox selection for the template and additional 
selection for instruments to be loaded into the template.

Instruments should (in a next version) be triggered by midi, OSC or 
score sources.
