I haven't noticed any problems with FLTK in Csound5 (Windows). The relevent
flags are: -M0 -odac (-M0 is for MIDI input).

If you installed from the .zip file, did you set the OPCODEDIR environment
variable and put Csound5\bin in your PATH? (These are common omissions; I
speak from experience.)
