I think that the material in section 70 on the CD version is chapter
45 in the catalog and my HTML version of same.
  I took some photos of the missing pictures -- not highest quality
but will do until I have more time.

My catalog says version 1.1 on the cover, and 1995 inside.  Was there
ever a later version?
